TERMS AND CONDTIONS
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance will be billed
before the item is shipped. Standard turn-around time is 4-6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes uniforms will need to be exchanged for a different
size. NVAG will gladly exchange any new product for a different size. All
returns and exchanges must be called in within 15 days of the ship date, AND
received within 10 days thereafter. ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO A 10%
RESTOCKING FEE. All Packages that are refused will be charged return shipping
charges. Customers are responsible for additional shipments beyond original
shipment for all exchanges.
