DESCRIPTION:
NV Action Gear (hereinafter NVAG) Customer Rewards Program is designed to provide incentives for customers to purchase both home and away sets. The Customer Rewards Program's initial design is to provide you a 10% discount and 2 free uniforms. When the customer purchases 12 full sets of home uniforms, they will be rewarded a 10% discount on 10 full sets of away uniforms plus 2 free away uniform sets.
There are no costs to sign up for the Customer Rewards Program. There will also be future promotions for this program's use. We hope you take advantage of this program and that you find it to be beneficial for your team's apparel needs.
GUIDELINES:
You must sign up with the NVAG Customer Rewards Program. At which time you will be assigned a NVAG Customer ID. The ID number will be used to assist NVAG in identifying you as a participant of our Customer Rewards program. This will also allow you to participate in other Customer Rewards perks that NVAG will offer throughout the year. To obtain a Customer Rewards ID you must contact NVAG via phone or email.
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase 12 home uniform sets and 10 away uniform sets NVAG will give you 2 free away uniforms. You will also receive a 10% discount on the purchase of the 10 away uniform sets.
This gives you a total of 24 uniforms plus an "on average savings of $120."
NVAG will offer other opportunities to use your Customer Rewards ID. All other offers will be promoted through our web site.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A minimum of 22 sets must be ordered (jersey and shorts are considered a set)
All 12 Home and 10 Away uniforms must be for the same team
All 12 Home and 10 Away uniforms must be the same design
All 12 Home and 10 Away uniforms must be for the same players (i.e. duplicate player numbers, sizes or names)
There are no refunds or exchanges allowed
Not valid on certain sales and items
Offer is subject to change without notification at NVAG's discretion
